Four triterpene tetraglycosides were isolated from a methanol extract of the Vietnamese sea cucumber Holothuria impatiens by various chromatographic separations. Their structures were elucidated as 25‐hydroxy fuscocineroside B ( 1 ), fuscocineroside B ( 2 ), pervicoside C ( 3 ), and holothurin A ( 4 ) by using extensive NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison of the NMR and MS data with those reported. This is the first report of 1 and 2 from H. impatiens .
