Using membrane processes at plant engineering is an operation stage especially for a high efficient separation and recovery of organic solvent vapors. The operation of selective gas permeation in membrane modules is very flexible, so there are a lot of variations to create plants with integrated membrane stages for many different applications. The possibility to design compact and modular structured plants opens membrane process technology various applications and operative ranges. The application examples of existing plants show competent solutions of exhaust gas cleaning.
