Methods : We studied 19 cases of gynecological specimens including uterine cervix, cervical precancer, squamocolumnar junctionimages and transition between cervical glands and endometrium, evaluation of fallopian tube anatomy and diseases. The construction process of 3D accurate virtual models starts with the 3D modeling volume built through the micro-CT slices sequentially mounted, followed by the segmentation process of selection of parts to be analyzed. The image volumes were reconstructed in 3D for virtual studies and 3D printing. Results: Physical models and virtual reality based upon micro-CT were successfully generated.
