1. In cases of heterotopic CSP, the best treatment remains unclear. 2. Is recommended that every pregnant woman with a history of CD should have TVS in the first trimester of pregnancy to rule out this dangerous condition. 3. Selective reduction of the heterotopic pregnancy should be offered. 4. Our experience suggests that continuation of the pregnancy can result in live births.
