Conclusions: Many abnormalities may accompany with PVPC, intracranial abnormalities are most common. The prognosis of PVPC is up to the accompanied abnormalities. So PVPC warrants an extensive search for associated pathological findings. A dedicate ultrasound is necessary, especially NSG, which is better than MRI for PVPC. Isolated PVPC usually has good prognosis. The PVPC with cystic lesion in the brain parenchyma may carry poor prognosis. The chromosome examination is obligatory for this kind of case. Methods: The clinical datas of 76 fetuses with PVPC are analyzed retrospectively , together with the neonatal development and neonatal cranial ultrasound. The accuracy of neurosonography (NSG) and MRI for PVPC are compared . The outcome and the influence factors are evaluated. The clinical outcomes of 76 cases with PVPC
