Cervical elastography of uterine cervix to assess tissue stiffness is of considerable clinical interests for predicting preterm delivery as much as cervical length(CL). However, there are few studies demonstrating the reproducibility of cervical elastographic measurement for clinical use. The aim of this study is to examine the inter-observer reproducibility of the measurement of cervical elastographic parameters according to CL.
