Materials and methods This study was an interim analysis of the multicenter collaborative study evaluating of the ability of cervical elastography to predict spontaneous preterm birth in low and high risk pregnancies in 7 institutions in Korea. Of all participants, we analyzed asymptomatic women with singleton or twin pregnancies for routine ultrasound in the second trimester. Five cervical elastographic parameters were measured according to the standardization method using E-Cervix (WS80A, Samsung Medison, Seoul, Korea).
