Results • Total of 16,292 ECHOs, 3,191 IVF pregnancies, 476 MC gestations. • Average MC pregnancies due to IVF = 12.82%. • Average IVF pregnancies that are MC = 1.91%. • No statistically significant change in rate of either over study period. Conclusion There is almost a 5-fold increase (1.91% vs 0.3%) in MC gestations among IVF pregnancies compared to the spontaneous population rate, consistent with prior studies.
