Methods: We constructed a prospective cohort of unselected singleton pregnancies undergoing routine secondand third-trimester ultrasound. Growth velocity was calculated as the difference of the AC Z-score between third (32+0-35+6 weeks) and second trimester (19+0-23+6). Clinicians were blinded to growth velocity and Doppler parameters. Performance of the prediction of SGA (BW<10th centile) and severe SGA (BW<3rd centile) was evaluated using receiver operating curve (ROC) analysis. Calculations were made for AC growth velocity; and EFW Z-score and AC Z-score, separately. [OP16.08].
