S-Planes FH software, as an aid method for prenatal screening of CHD, has potential to obtain fetal ventricle outflow tract views and to accurately measure the diameters of great arteries. Figure 1. fetal echocardiographic views were obtained by S-Planes FH software as follows: (1) stomach /abdomen view, (2)four-chamber view, (3) left ventricular outflow tract, (4) right ventricular outflow tract, (5) ductal arch view, and (6) three-vessel view. Figure 2. S-Planes FH images were magnified 1.5–2.0 times to obtain clear measurements of vessel dimensions. The dimensions of the AO and PA were measured during systole when the valves were open. The cursors “1” shown in the images indicate the measurement of the inner diameter of the AO in the left ventricular outflow tract view. The cursors “2” shown in the images indicate the measurement of the inner diameter of the PA in the right ventricular outflow tract view. Fig.1
