The group with FF increase had more days between draws and a lower initial percent fetal fraction compared to the FF decrease group (p<0.01). Median maternal weight and gestational age at first draw were not statistically different between the two groups. Objective: Average fetal fraction (FF) measured at one time point in has been shown to increase with gestational age. We investigate changes in FF in the same patient over consecutive draws.
