ultrasound and clinical risk factors To WWK, Kong CW, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, United Christian Hospital Introduction Many risk factors have been associated with severe bleeding during caesarean section (CS) for placenta praevia/accreta. However, the importance of individual factors in predicting pregnancy outcome remains controversial. The objective of this study is to evaluate the value of ultrasound and clinical risk factors in predicting severe postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) (>1.5L) in pregnancies undergoing CS for placenta praevia/ accreta.
