Conclusions: The prenatal and postnatal hemodynamics of fetal pulmonary artery stenosis have some characteristic changes, so it is necessary to dynamically monitor the echocardiography of fetal pulmonary stenosis, and assess the degrees of stenosis and predict the prognosis.
