Abstract We report for the first time a fetal case with sustained regression from isolated complete to first‐degree heart block on transplacental treatment with high‐dose dexamethasone. Doppler echocardiography is an excellent diagnostic tool in the non‐invasive assessment of fetal atrioventricular conduction and its anomalies. Copyright © 2004 ISUOG.
