DALLAS — Staff members in the Registrar's Office often interact with students when they're already upset. The staff members’ reaction is often negative. “We have to practice doing that differently,” said Erin Seheult, Director of University Records at Loma Linda University. She and several of her staff members spoke at a session at the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Strategic Enrollment Management Conference about how to change the culture of the Registrar's Office by building relationships and encouraging positive interactions.
