LOS ANGELES — When administrators at the Oxford College of Emory University decided to update their class roster system from a manual to an automated digital (and, thus, paperless) system, it was no small undertaking. But Stephanie Moncada, director of registration; Janice Ly, business operations specialist; and Seth Tepfer, director of software engineering, all at Oxford College at Emory University, knew the challenges would be worth it because of the work that would eventually be saved every semester. “The day following the add/drop swap was Nightmare on Emory Street,” Ly said.
