Pheng (Max) Xiong, M.Ed., took his first job in a Registrar's Office somewhat by chance in 2010. But since that first taste of what registrar work is like, he has worked systematically to advance his career. Now associate registrar for catalog and scheduling at George Mason University, Xiong is enrolled in a doctoral program to provide him with the knowledge and credentials to continue to advance.
