North Carolina State University's strategic plan focuses on enhancing student success, especially for transfer students. Officials have sought ways to provide better service to students and faculty members during the transfer process and to support transfer students through completion of their degree, said John Harrington, assistant registrar for degree audit and transfer credit. The goal has been to support transfer students from application through graduation, he added.
