Before becoming registrar at North Dakota State University about five years ago, Rhonda K. Kitch, Ph.D., worked in many areas of higher education, including admissions, financial aid, and residence life. She also taught classes including the first‐year experience and career‐life planning — and had worked her way up to associate registrar at NDSU.
