COLUMBUS, Ohio — Low‐income and first‐generation students face many barriers that can prevent them from persisting in college through graduation. But holistic support can make a big difference. For example, students enrolled in the Dell Scholars Program graduate at a higher rate than students with similar profiles who just miss the cutoff for the scholarship.
