Registrar's Offices are tasked with a wide array of duties and responsibilities to support their campus community. Students, faculty, and staff usually know the Registrar's Office handles degree audits, graduation, transcript ordering, grade publishing, and transfer credit posting. However, a myriad of additional services and support are often unknown and/or presumed to be the work of other academic units. How then can a Registrar's Office, charged with a multitude of accountabilities, professionally and directly inform its campus community of all the work that is being done?
