HOLLYWOOD, FLA. — “Registrars are called to be leaders, not articulators of policy.” That's according to Rick Williams, Ph.D., vice president for enrollment management and student services at Loma Linda University in California. Williams and Erin Seheult, M.B.A., Loma Linda's director of university records, explained how registrars can be effective leaders in a session at the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers Strategic Enrollment Management conference.
