We introduced our learning paradigm two months ago. That paradigm suggests that we learn/retain more if we are actively involved in the learning process. That's one reason I have recommended that you combine your Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Basics presentation with active audience involvement. That active involvement applies FERPA Basics to actual experiences the audience might encounter in their day‐to‐day professional lives.
