A representative micrograph of an inner ear progenitor cell‐derived spheroid. Immunofluorescence analysis shows that RhoA was mainly located in the nucleus (green); F‐actin labeled the cytoskeleton (red) and DAPI labeled the nucleus (blue). Accumulated RhoA and intensive F‐actin cytoskeleton polymerization were found at the edges of the spheroid. See Xia et al. beginning on page 860 .
