In vitro differentiation analysis of membrane‐targeted GFP+ (mGFP+) cells isolated from treated 3‐week‐old trigenic mice, showing that mGFP+ cells contribute to the osteoblast lineage, indicating that Tert expression marks skeletal progenitor/stem cells. See Carlone et al. beginning on page 296 .
