Cover Art: iPSC can be generated from patients with age‐related macular degeneration with the Y402H single nucleotide polymorphism in complement factor H. When differentiated to retinal pigmented epithelial cells, molecular, structural, and functional markers of stress and disease are displayed, including the deposition of “drusen”‐like deposits (shown as yellow spots in the cover image). Near UV light (390‐410 nm) alleviated some of these characteristics. See Hallam et al. beginning on page 2305 .
