Chiral recognition has significant research value for understanding the specific bio‐functions and capacity for exploiting the utility of each enantiomer. A homochiral membrane by incorporating metal‐organic frameworks nanofibers into the chitosan matrix (MOF@CS) is synthesized. MOF@CS displays highly sensitive and quantitative detection of D/L‐Tyr.
