The separation of seven disaccharides (sucrose, turanose, maltulose, maltose, kojibiose, isomaltose, and gentiobiose) on Zorbax NH 2 , an amine modified silica column, is described. Optimal conditions for resolution of saccharides present in natural honey, high fructose corn syrup, starch hydrolyzates of DE 17, DE 40, and DE62, and Jerusalem artichoke raw juice on Zorbax‐NH 2 or micro Bondapak‐NH 2 column are presented.
