Die Wirtschaftlichkeit von neu zu entwickelnden Fassadenkomfortlösungen hat ebenfalls einen sehr hohen Stellenwert, denn die Bauherren und Investoren von Wohnhochhäusern sind nahezu ausnahmslos Projektentwickler.
