DOI: 10.1002/sscp.202000014 The cover picture shows a new chiral open‐tubular CEC column prepared with 6‐O‐monotosyl‐deoxy‐β‐cyclodextrin as stationary phase by covalent immobilization on inner wall of a fused‐silica capillary. The enantiomeric separation performance of open‐tubular CEC column was evaluated by using several related benzimidazoles as model analytes, including pantoprazole, tenatoprazole, omeprazole and lansoprazole. In the optimum conditions, the enantiomers of four analytes revealed high resolutions of 5.75 to 8.83. The chiral open‐tubular CEC column still had satisfactory separation performance after continuous use for 72 h or intermittent use for 3 months.
