This approach defined ATP & CAAs for the method, identified CMVs using risk scores and established control strategy for monitoring method performance. Further, ATP was achieved by integrating YRT approach for assuring method robustness and identifying CMVs to be monitored for continuous improvement of method performance throughout the method lifecycle.
