DOI: 10.1002/sscp.201900002 The cover picture shows system of two dimensional liquid chromatography for determination of two cembranoids in tobacco leaf. Quantitative analysis of cembranoids was achieved by heart‐cutting strategy. A reversed phase column was employed for the first dimensional separation. The compensate pump was employed for on‐line dilution. Therefore, the target elution was able to be reserved on the trapping column. After switch of the 6‐port valve, the analytes were eluted to the second dimension. The two cembranoids were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by UV detection. The approach showed high sensitivity without matrix interference.
