Sep Sci plus 2018, 1 , 83–92 DOI: 10.1002/sscp.201700027 The cover picture shows the geographical differentiation of monofloral thyme honeys collected from four different regions in Greece by using specific volatile metabolites and chemometric tools. The classification rate was 100% using the original and 92.3% the cross validation method. On the other hand, the usual method for honey botanical origin differentiation, namely melissopalynology, did not assist in classifying honeys according to production area based on Thymus spp. pollen grain percentages.
