Several vignettes depicting cultural conflicts that arise in various arenas of campus life are presented along with a brief description of the diversity of today's college student population and a discussion of program planning, teaching, and advising strategies currently employed on campus. Finally, the argument is made that these strategies are not equal to the task of creating a multicultural campus.
