The cover images represents the normal direction inverse pole figure of a steel with 0.12%C; 2%Mn; 1.26%Si, 90% cold rolled and heated to 760°C with 3000°C/s and subsequently water quenched. The IPF maps show of martensite (small darker islands ) in partially recovered but not recrystallized matrix. White lines show low angel grain boundaries (5‐15° misorientation) forming polygons (dislocation cells) during recovery. Black lines are high angle grain boundaries with misorientation 15‐65°. Further details can be found in the article by Spyros Papaefthymiou and co‐workers, article number 1700158 .
