The presented analytical model allows the computation of the power supplied for plastic deformation as well as the power dissipated in the course of plastic deformation. The model allows, moreover, the determination of the power components for plastic deformation, shear, friction and, compressive stress concentration in the subzones of the total deformation zone, and their part in the power balance as well as relative power components.
