Inductive Logic Programming (ILP) is a field of research in which logic programs are synthesized (learned) from examples. There is a need for a variety of large datasets to evaluate ILP learners. The paper describes an example generator program G EN E X that provides the user with a language in which to describe large sets of structured examples. G EN E X is available on the WWW.
