Interfacial Behavior In article number 1900274 , Min Yin, Dongdong Li, and co‐workers report silicon heterojunction solar cells with full rear MoO X /metal contacts. Aluminum, silver, and copper are employed as back electrodes, respectively. The better back reflectivity and less parasitic absorption of silver promotes the photocurrent and device performance. The long‐term stability is related to the interfacial diffusion and redox interaction.
