In article no. 1800224 , Ningyi Yuan, Jianning Ding, and co‐workers use a monoatomic layer of Al 2 O 3 and oxygen plasma to increase hole concentration and induce ordered columnar growth of a Sb 2 Se 3 thin film deposited via a rapid thermal evaporation method. A solar cell with a new structure of FTO/CdS/P‐Sb 2 Se 3 /P + ‐Sb 2 Se 3 /Al 2 O 3 /Au is fabricated and its efficiency is increased to 6.7%.
