In article number 2000985, Marek Piliarik and co‐workers develop a new light microscopy technique for label‐free detection and localization of conformation changes and subsequent depolymerization of tubulin segments from a tip of a disassembling microtubule. High‐speed imaging of the transient structural fluctuations suggests a stochastic mechanism of the microtubule dynamic instability.
