Tissue Engineering In article number 2200051 , Ruiguo Yang, Fanben Meng, and co‐workers develop a wound‐healing‐inspired strategy for the construction of stratified skin models, by combining 3D bioprinting and guided cell self organization. The biofabricated tissue architecture that recapitulates the fine structural hierarchy of the epidermis will establish an in vitro platform to study progression of skin diseases, such as the fatal pemphigus vulgaris.
