Single‐Cell Genome Sequencing In article number 2100325, Chunyu Li, Bo Ma, and co‐workers present an addressable dynamic droplet array (aDDA) that combines the advantages of static droplet arrays and continuous‐flow droplet platforms. All the sample preparation steps including single‐cell isolation, cell lysis, and amplification are performed in sequence within a sub‐nanoliter (≈300 pL) droplet, resulting in highly uniform whole genome amplification.
