In article number 2100801, Mohammad A. Qasaimeh and co‐workers develop a noncontact multiphysics probe (NMP) for minimally invasive manipulation of single cells within the tissue formation. It works in an open microfluidic setting and simultaneously confines reagents and electric field for macromolecules exchange through the membrane of living single‐cells. These features enable transfection, biopsy and tweezing operations on single‐cells within the tissue formation.
