A conventional image sensor has been developed to see around the world, but its detection optical spectrum has been limited by the material's bandgap. In article number 2007357, Kibum Kang, SangHyeon Kim and co‐workers demonstrate broadband detection using MoS 2 /InGaAs van der Waals heterostructure. The developed image sensor of MoS 2 /InGaAs‐based device array will see broadband light from visible to SWIR bands, which can be used for various inspections such as pests.
