In article number 2005474, Qi‐Huo Wei, Ning Gu, and co‐workers show that by combining the Beer‐Lambert's law with digital optical microscopy, iron contents in individual cells can be imaged and quantified with high accuracy, better than femtogram per pixel. This technique can be deployed easily in research and clinical labs for studying biomedical applications of magnetic nanoparticles and disease diagnosis.
