In article number 2002800, Guixue Wang, Yang Luo, and co‐workers introduce a DNA origami nanoprobe “fLIGHT” for high‐fidelity visualization of small extracellular vesicle microRNAs without RNA extraction. This innovative platform can aid in easy development of a universal molecular detection strategy that could facilitate extracellular vesicle‐derived fundamental biological studies.
