In article number 2002258, Lorenzo Moroni, Loretta L. del Mercato, and co‐workers develop a platform for probing the pH of mesenchymal stromal cell cultures on additive manufactured scaffolds. pH changes can be efficiently quantified for spatio‐temporal analyses, making the system a potential platform for the investigation of 3D cellular microenvironment alterations occurring both during physiological processes, such as tissue regeneration, and pathological processes, such as cancer evolution.
