In article number 2001172, Jian Xu, Bo Ma, and co‐workers invent Raman‐activated gravity‐driven single‐cell encapsulation and sequencing (RAGE‐Seq). It produces antimicrobial susceptibility phenotypes and the genome sequence of 99.5% coverage simultaneously from precisely one bacterial cell. The ability to profile and correlate the microbial metabolic phenome and high‐quality genomes at one‐cell resolution has broad implications in clinical medicine.
