In article number 2002073, Kemin Wang, Jianbo Liu, and co‐workers establish an artificial form of invasion‐defense mutual interactions in a community of coacervate protocells and living cells. The glucose oxidation in the liquid coacervates initiates the generation of hydrogen peroxide, which serves as a reactive oxygen species resource to block cell proliferation. As a defense strategy, introduction of catalase into the host cells is exploited to resist the damage.
