In article number 1906644, Guoqing Pan and co‐workers comprehensively discuss the recent progress of molecularly imprinted synthetic antibodies (MISAs) from fundamental chemical design to their emerging biomedical applications. Meanwhile, the possibility of MISAs as qualified substitutes or even to transcend the performance of natural antibodies is discussed from the perspective of frontier needs in biomedicine.
